Design Layout & Pre-Press
Our in-house Design Studio / Repro Department is fully equipped with the latest technology, working on both Mac and PC. We utilise design software applications such as Corel Draw, Freehand, Adobe Creative Suite & Office Packages etc. The Design Studio is also fully equipped with Scanners, Printers, Storage Devices and Photographic Equipment.Our Design Studio is occupied by experienced, qualified and competent graphic designers and DTP operators to help undertake any design criteria that may be required by our customers from conceptualization to print.All artistic renditions are captured on computer before going to print.Completed designs ready for printing are pre-printed on bond paper, proof read, and confirmed by the customer, then converted into print ready PDF format documents and are forwarded to the CTP (Computer-To-Plate) System where the job is pre-flighted and impositioned according to job order instructions and finally burnt to plates.
Production & Machinery
Stringent measures are undertaken to ensure that the Printing Department follows through on the client specification. Our qualified and experienced machine operators make sure that all jobs printed are done so with the greatest of efficiency, ensuring that lead times are met using the best machines and techniques applicable for the job. Printing jobs are processed using a unique work ticket system which accommodates for all jobs to be diverted to any machine that may be available and ready for print. We have a variety of reputable machines ranging from single to multi-colour sheet fed presses, and have recently added a Web Press as well as numerous finishing machinery to compliment our already excellent quality and turn around time.With the inception of newly acquired machinery, we can now offer even higher productivity, matched by consistent high quality and thus making us more flexible for our customers requirements.
Envelope Manufacturing
We have done extensive research into the manufacture of envelopes and because of a number of enquiries and demand of products, we can produce printed envelopes up to A3 size. The machines accommodate low to high volumes of envelopes for different variables, including inserting of windows and different sizes. We have a wide variety of patterns, which also consist of the standard size that are used in everyday home and office use. We have a fully trained staff compliment, capable of undertaking any given task at hand.

Despatch & Delivery
As jobs are completed, they are inspected by quality controllers and sent to our despatching department and prepared for delivery to our customers, accompanied by the adequate documentation. We have a well maintained and co-ordinated fleet of delivery vehicles. Delivery routes are done to the main city centres on a daily basis, ensuring that all deliveries are met promptly. It is imperative to our business that each delivery meets the most stringent of deadlines.
